It had also been unclear for a long time whether the previously chosen channels were even suitable for addressing **the right target group** and drawing attention to job openings. There was a lack of meaningful statistics and guidance on how to **improve the recruiting process** and make it more effective in the future. Management was therefore looking for **new approaches** to find suitable applicants and encourage them to join the company. Setting goals ## Social Recruiting & Employer Branding To find more suitable applicants, ZeCo decided to target them directly where they prefer to spend their time. Therefore, our joint goal was to **identify** the **social media channels** used by experienced technicians. Simultaneously, the previous **application process** had to be redesigned to make it **as easy as possible** for potential candidates to contact the company. We also set out to find efficient ways of advertising job openings visibly outside of digital media and, preferably, **without excessive costs**. ## Authentic success.
